Built for a CPA who was tired of the manual work

ReceiptsAI started with a bookkeeping problem close to home. Ronald's mother is a CPA. Week after week, she keyed in receipts, worked through bank statements, and did the same cleanup that keeps a practice busy and a person stuck at the desk.

Ronald built her a program that took that work off her plate. It saved her hours. After continued refinement, he built the prototype which eventually became known as ReceiptsAI.

Since then it has grown into software used by 350+ small businesses, with 100,000+ documents processed. The job is still the same: take the tedious part of bookkeeping off someone's desk.
