Is my data private?

Yes. We take privacy very seriously. Your data is stored securely and will never be shared with third parties.

How accurate is AI data encoding?

Conversion quality depends on the quality of the photos and the complexity of the receipt. High quality photos can be converted with high accuracy.

What data is processed from the receipts?

We collect the merchant name, merchant address, date, total amount, sub total amount, tax amount, merchant tax identification number and merchant category.

How should I take photos?

We recommend taking photos in a well-lit area and to ensure the receipts are flat and not crumbled. If the receipt is too long or contains irrelevant information such as coupons, you can fold the receipt or simply only include the relevant portion in the photo.

Where is my data stored?

Data is stored securely on servers in the United States, by vetted, highly secure, third-party partners of us.

What photo formats do you accept?

Currently we accept .jpg, .jpeg, and .png formats. We are working to support .heic format soon.

Is payment secure?

Yes, we use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store any of your credit card information.

Which countries are supported?

At the moment, only receipts in English are supported. Our system has been tested on receipts from the US and Canada. We are working to support other languages soon.
